Help and support

What Agentible does, how to run it, and how to reach a person. If something here does not answer your question, write to us and a human replies.

What Agentible does

It reads your catalogue

Agentible reads your products through Shopify's Admin API using two permissions and no others: read products and write products. It never asks for orders or customers, and it cannot edit your theme.

It scores what an AI shopping agent can understand

Each scan runs a checklist against your real catalogue and your storefront. The score is what the checklist measured, never an estimate, and a check we could not run says so rather than guessing.

It writes the fixes, and you approve them

Structured data, product attributes and metadata are generated for you. Nothing reaches your live store until you press apply, every write is logged, and every applied fix can be reverted.

How to use it

Running your first scan

  1. Open Agentible from your Shopify admin and pick your store's category on the dashboard.
  2. Press Run scan. A first scan reads your whole catalogue, so it takes longer than later ones.
  3. When it finishes you get a score and a list of issues, each one saying whether it is ours to fix or yours.

Generating and publishing a fix

  1. Open Issues and choose one marked as ours to fix, then press Generate fix.
  2. Review what it wrote on the Fixes screen. Nothing has reached your store at this point.
  3. Press Apply to publish it, or Skip to discard it. An applied fix can be reverted at any time, on any plan.

Switching the app embed on

Shopify switches app embeds off by default. Until you turn ours on, the structured data Agentible writes to your products is stored but not published, so an AI shopping agent reading your product page cannot see it. This is the most common reason a store's score stops moving.

  1. In your Shopify admin, open Online Store, then Themes, and choose Customize on your live theme.
  2. Open Theme settings (the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar) and select App embeds.
  3. Turn on the Agentible JSON-LD embed, then Save.
  4. Reload one of your product pages and re-run the scan to confirm it is being published.

Changing or cancelling your plan

  1. Open Billing inside the app. Plans are charged by Shopify, on your regular Shopify invoice.
  2. Choosing a different plan sends you to Shopify's own approval screen; we never handle your card.
  3. Cancelling stops future charges. Everything Agentible already published to your store stays published.
