How does billing work?
Billing is handled by Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice and you manage everything from your Shopify admin, no separate account with us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime in the app. Code fixes are removed cleanly or left in place, your choice. We never lock you in.
How long does a large catalogue take?
Longer than a day, and we would rather say so. Starter writes 50 AI fixes a month, so a catalogue of several thousand products is covered over months rather than in one pass, and your score moves a little at a time. Code fixes are not on that meter and go out across your whole catalogue as fast as we can publish them. To move the AI half faster, Premium and Max raise it to 250 and 1000 a month.
What counts as one of my AI fixes?
One change written by AI for one product: a rewritten description, or a set of conversational attributes. Fixes our own code writes, such as your schema.org structured data, are included and are not counted, as many as your catalogue needs, as fast as we can publish them. Regenerating the same fix for the same product does not cost a second one.
What are weekly AI suggestions?
Every week we re-read your catalog and what assistants asked about your category, then suggest the description rewrites, buyer Q&A and structured-data improvements that matter most right now. You review each one; nothing ships without you. It is how your store stays agent-ready as your catalog grows and the assistants change.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is wrong, email us. We are early and we will make it right rather than hide behind a policy.
Is the audit really free?
Yes, and it is real: your real score and a first look at what's wrong, not a fake teaser. It is free forever, one per store, and needs no card, no install. The complete issue list and applying the fixes are what installing the app unlocks.
